Sewage Disposal Mechanism

Sewage cannot be thrown directly in the environment. Because of dangerous material that contain in the sewage, it need some treatment before its waste. In a Factory, there is method name Sewage Disposal Mechanism to treat the sewage. Sewage Disposal Mechanism in a Factory is doing in a few steps. First, sewage from the factory will be flown to the main sewer. From the main sewer, it is flown into the settling tank for a while. In the settling tank, this sewage will be separated in two forms. Solid matter from the sewage will be sediment under the settling tank before it’s removed and burned. The liquid matter is flown to the pump house by some kind of pipe. Then it is flown to the sprinkler bed. The sewage entered the sprinkler beds from the bottom to the top. On the top of the sprinkler beds, there is some kind of t-shape pipe names rotating arm. When the polluted water reaches the rotating arm, it will be sprinkler so the water can be spread in the surface of sprinkler beds and flown into it. In the sprinkler beds, there are some kind of filter made by layers of stones and microorganism. When the polluted water came through, it will be filtered so the water that came out from the sprinkler beds will pure and free from dangerous material. After that, the pure water can be flown and join into the stream of river safety.
