My Feeling about My Hometown

I want to tell you about my hometown where I lived before I temporarily moved to Bandung for study. My hometown is Bekasi and honestly I don’t really enjoyed lived there.

To tell you, my first impression of this city fourten years ago is hot. Hot, hot, hot, until I cannot take it anymore because of its dryness. Theren’t or seldom trees which cover the ray of sunlight in the afternoon like Bandung did. And this town is totally crowded for its vehicle that make some traffic on some places everytime, especially in the morning.

I was thinking about it that maybe those matters are happened because of the location of Bekasi which beside the capital city, Jakarta, same like Tangerang and Bogor. So, many people who works in Jakarta have their home on Bekasi which accessible to Jakarta and not too far from central bussines in Jakarta, like Kuningan, Semanggi, and Sudirman. And maybe their main reason to have their home at Bekasi is Jakarta is too crowded too for housing so there are seldom of green area which can handle the heat of sun. that situation makes many property agent suddenly open some areas to make many houses which vanished many green areas in Bekasi

To be honest, I shouldn’t have any right to straightly judge my hometown, Bekasi, because I have lived there for fourteen years after I moved on with my family from Cilacap with the same reason like other people did. I can’t convinced my parents to move from Bekasi because I realized that buying house in Jakarta is so expensive, especially like our family who just moved from remote area, Cilacap. So, now I have already put up my heart to live in Bekasi although I rather disappointed of my parents choice.

Good.
