Task 3: Definition and Process Paragraph

Gudeg

Gudeng which is called Green Jack Fruit Sweet Stew is a traditional food from my real hometown Yogyakarta. This food basically made from young jack fruit with other local spices. Gudeg taste sweet because its contain coconut sugar and it also rich of coconut milk that made the taste become more delicious. The spices bring this food become more tasteful and unique are candle nuts, garlic, indian bay leaves, cummin, tamarind. Except jack fruit, sometime people add chickens or boiled eggs as complement. The young jack fruit in gudeg is cooked until changes color, tender, and looks like meat. For better taste chickens and eggs is should be tender overcooked too. Usually gudeng served with hot rice and crackers.
Process Of Supply Water
How cold and hot water reaches the house and its functional appliances from main supply is actually same. First, underground supplied cold water and pumped to upper ground. Then, some of cold water in tank distributed to many house’s appliances, such as sink, toilet, and bath. This water can be used immediately without any process. The other cold water in tank distributed to other tank named hot water tank for heated process. Next, after the water heated it can be used in appliances that have control with temperature such as bath, wash basin, and sink. Lastly, people can use their both kind of water and control the temperature with mixing the water.
